The Elite Clubs National League is the highest platform within the Wilmington Hammerheads Player Pathway.  The ECNL is a national club-based invitation-only league that WHYFC was accepted into prior to the 2018-19 season.  It includes the top teams in the country and is a proven platform for ambitious and talented players who would like to continue their soccer careers in college or beyond.  

The Boys and Girls WHYFC - ECNL teams participate in the Mid-Atlantic conference, which includes teams from SC, VA, and NC.  WHYFC is one of four NC teams in the league.  Other clubs include NCFC, NC Fusion, and CLT Independence, and Charlotte Soccer Academy (BOYS ONLY).
