2025 Wilmington ECNL Talent ID Sessions
We're excited to announce a new opportunity for local players interested in the Boys and Girls ECNL program! Starting April 2025, we'll be hosting ECNL Talent ID Sessions, allowing players outside the club to showcase their skills and experience our elite program firsthand.
This opportunity is for rising U13 to U19 players (2013 - 2008/07) who are not currently in the Hammerheads Soccer Club and come from non-ECNL clubs.

*The ECNL Talent ID Sessions in April are open to players outside the Hammerheads Soccer Club (from non-ECNL clubs).
*The ECNL Talent ID Sessions are not tryouts. For more information and to register for Wilmington Hammerhead's tryouts, follow the link below (https://www.wilmingtonhammerheadsyouth.com/tryout).
*U13-19 boys ECNL tryouts will begin in early May, per ECNL rules. U13-19 boys NCYSA tryouts will start on May 19, per NCYSA rules.
*U16-19 girls tryouts will begin early March. U13-15 girls tryouts will begin early May.
What Is The ECNL?
The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) represents excellence in youth soccer for both boys and girls. It is an invitation-only, national, club-based league and serves as the highest level within the Hammerheads Soccer Club player pathway. The ECNL showcases the top teams in the country and offers a proven platform for ambitious and talented players looking to take their game to the next level.
