Entry point to the Hammerheads and Beach United. It’s designed for players with some experience in recreational soccer, who have developed basic skills, had fun, and are eager for more. This inclusive program encourages all young players to learn and enjoy the game.

The Two Main Goals of The Hammerheads Academy are:

1) Technical Development. 

Developing the fundamental ball control and manipulation skills that build the foundation for our players build on in future years. 
Dribbling technique, Passing & Receiving technique are the core skills. Skills and application in 1v1 situations including change of direction, stop starts and feints. 

2) Nurturing the Love of the Sport. 

We aim to create a positive yet competitive environment that allows players to feel safe to try and fail without the pressure of worrying about results. Winning and losing are not our focus, trying what we do at training and maximum effort is all we ask.
